Susan Boyle I Dreamed a Dream, Download Free Music Mp3 Susan Boyle I Dreamed a Dream, Review of Susan Boyle I Dreamed a Dream

January 29th, 2010

Susan Magdalane Boyle (born 1 April 1961) is a Scottish singer who came to international public attention when she appeared as a contestant on reality TV programme Britain’s Got Talent on
11 April 2009, singing “I Dreamed a Dream” from Les Misérables. Her first album was released in November 2009 and debuted as the number one best-selling CD on charts around the globe.

Global interest in Boyle was triggered by the contrast between her powerful voice and her plain appearance on stage. The juxtaposition of the audience’s first
impression of her with the standing ovation she received during and after her performance led to an international media and Internet response. Within nine days of the audition,
videos of Boyle — from the show, various interviews and her 1999 rendition of “Cry Me a River” — had been watched over 100 million times.[7] Despite the sustained media interest she
later finished in second place in the final of the show behind dance troupe Diversity.

Boyle’s first album, I Dreamed a Dream, was released on 23 November 2009 and has become Amazon’s best-selling album in pre-sales. According to Billboard,
“The arrival of I Dreamed a Dream … marks the best opening week for a female artist’s debut album since SoundScan began tracking sales in 1991.”

The first single taken from the album is a cover of the Jagger/Richards song “Wild Horses”.

Jonas Brothers Download Free Music Mp3 Download from the Jonas Brothers

November 7th, 2009

The Jonas Brothers are an American pop rock boy band.[3][4][5][6] The band gained its popularity from the Disney Channel children’s television network. From Wyckoff, New Jersey, the band consists of three brothers: Paul Kevin Jonas II (Kevin Jonas), Joseph Adam Jonas (Joe Jonas), and Nicholas Jerry Jonas (Nick Jonas). In the summer of 2008, they starred in the Disney Channel Original Movie Camp Rock. The band has released four albums: It’s About Time, Jonas Brothers, A Little Bit Longer, and Lines, Vines and Trying Times. In 2008, the group was nominated for the Best New Artist award at the 51st Grammy Awards and won the award for Breakthrough Artist at the American Music Awards. As of May, 2009, before the release of Lines, Vines and Trying Times, they have sold over eight million albums worldwide.

The band started as a solo project for Nick Jonas.[8][9][10] At the age of 7, Nicholas began performing on Broadway.[11][12] He has acted in several plays, including A Christmas Carol (in 2000 as Tiny Tim and as Scrooge at eight), Annie Get Your Gun (in 2001 as Little Jake), Beauty and the Beast (in 2002 as Chip), and Les Misérables (in 2003 as Gavroche).[12][13][14][15] After Les Misérables closed, he performed in The Sound of Music (as Kurt) at the Paper Mill Playhouse.[16]

In 2002 while performing in Beauty and the Beast, Nick had written a song with his father called “Joy to the World (A Christmas Prayer)”. With background vocals from the Beauty and the Beast cast, Nick performed the song on the 2002 annual Broadway “Equity Fights AIDS” album, Broadway’s Greatest Gifts: Carols for a Cure, Vol. 4.[17][18] In November 2003, INO Records received a demo copy of “Joy to the World (A Christmas Prayer)”.[19] The label released the song to Christian radio, where it quickly became popular on Record & Radio’s Christian Adult Contemporary Chart.[18] While Nick was working on his solo project, Joe followed in his footsteps to Broadway, appearing in Baz Lurhmann’s production of La bohème. According to Nick, this was also the first year the brothers started writing songs together.[20]

By September 2004, an executive at Columbia Records found out about Nick’s song.[17][18] Nick was soon jointly signed to INO Records and Columbia Records and released the single “Dear God”.[21] A second single, a new solo recording of “Joy to the World (A Christmas Prayer)”, was released on November 16.[22] It was supposed to be followed by a December release of a self-titled solo album Nicholas Jonas, but the album had been pushed back;[23] it did, however, get a limited release.[24] Nick, along with his brothers, Kevin and Joe, had written several other songs for the album.[17] In early 2005, Columbia Records’ new president, Steve Greenberg, listened to Nick’s record. While Greenberg did not like the album, he did like Nick’s voice.[25] After meeting with Nick and hearing the song “Please Be Mine”, written and performed by the brothers, Daylight/Columbia Records decided to sign the three as a group act.

The Jonases are known for their wholesome, “family-friendly” image,[85] and the brothers are all committed Evangelical Christians. Their father is a former Assembly of God pastor, and they were homeschooled by their mother. In addition, to signify their vow to abstain from premarital sex, on their left-hand ring finger they all wear purity rings. Joe has said that the rings symbolize “a promise to ourselves and to God that we’ll stay pure till marriage,” and Nick had stated that the rings are “just one of our ways of kind of like being different than everybody else out there.”[86] They reportedly started wearing the rings when their parents, Denise and Kevin Sr., asked them if they wanted to.[87] They also reportedly abstain from alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs.[88]

Russell Brand made fun of the purity rings during the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards.[89] Brand held up a silver ring, claiming to have relieved one of the brothers of his virginity,[89] and said: “Well done the Jonas Brothers. Each wear a ring to say they are not going to have sex; I’d take them more seriously if they wore it around their genitals.”[90] Brand later faced criticism and apologized for his comments. He later confirmed his apology during the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards.[90]

Michael Jackson, Download Free Music Mp3 Michael Jackson, Review of Michael Jackson

October 7th, 2009

Michael Joseph Jackson (August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009), known as the “King of Pop”, was an American musician and one of the most commercially successful and influential entertainers of all time. His unique contributions to music and dance, along with a highly publicized personal life, made him a prominent figure in popular culture for four decades.

He made his debut in 1964 with his brothers as a member of the The Jackson 5 and began a successful solo career in 1971. His 1982 album Thriller remains the best-selling album of all time, with Off the Wall (1979), Bad (1987), Dangerous (1991), and HIStory (1995) among the best selling. He is widely credited with having transformed the music video from a promotional tool into an art form, with videos for his songs “Billie Jean”, “Beat It” and “Thriller” making him the first African American artist to amass a strong crossover following on MTV. With stage performances and music videos, Jackson popularized a number of physically complicated dance techniques, such as the robot and the moonwalk. His distinctive musical sound, vocal style and choreography has inspired numerous hip hop, pop and contemporary R&B artists, while also breaking down cultural, racial and generational barriers.

One of the few artists to have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice, his other achievements feature multiple Guinness World Records—including the “Most Successful Entertainer of All Time”—13 Grammy Awards, 17 number one singles (including the four as a member of the Jackson 5), and estimated sales between 350 million and 750 million records worldwide.[1] He was also a notable philanthropist and humanitarian who donated and raised millions of dollars through support of 39 charities and his own Heal the World Foundation.

Jackson’s personal life generated controversy for years. His changing appearance was noticed from the late 1970s onwards, with changes to his nose and to the color of his skin drawing media publicity. He was accused of child sexual abuse in 1993 though no charges were brought, and in 2005 he was tried and acquitted of further allegations. He married twice, first in 1994 and again in 1996, and brought up three children, one born to a surrogate mother. While preparing for the This Is It concert tour in 2009, Jackson died at the age of 50 after suffering from cardiac arrest. He reportedly had been administered drugs such as propofol and lorazepam, and his death was ruled a homicide by the Los Angeles County coroner. His death triggered an outpouring of grief from around the world with his globally live broadcast memorial service attracting an audience of up to one billion people.[2]

The Beatles were an English rock and pop group formed in Liverpool in 1960 who became one of the most commercially successful and critically acclaimed bands in the history of popular music.[1] During their years of international stardom, the group consisted of John Lennon (rhythm guitar, vocals), Paul McCartney (bass guitar, vocals), George Harrison (lead guitar, vocals) and Ringo Starr (drums, vocals). Although their initial musical style was rooted in 1950s rock and roll and skiffle, the group worked with different musical genres, ranging from Tin Pan Alley to psychedelic rock. Their clothes, style and statements made them trend-setters, while their growing social awareness saw their influence extend into the social and cultural revolutions of the 1960s.

Returning to Liverpool following periods of Hamburg residency during 1960, 1961 and 1962, the group appointed Brian Epstein manager, and he negotiated a record contract with EMI’s George Martin; Epstein would manage the band until his death in 1967, and Martin produced all but one of the group’s studio albums. The single “Love Me Do” achieved UK chart success in late 1962. The group attracted fervent interest, termed “Beatlemania”, during tours of the UK and Europe throughout the next year. “I Want to Hold Your Hand” found US chart success at the close of 1963, spearheading the group’s international popularity, and they toured the US and other countries over the next three years. During this period, Lennon, McCartney, Harrison and Starr were each honoured with an MBE. In 1966 the group found themselves mired in controversy, including widespread antipathy in the US after a magazine published a quote from Lennon’s remarks on Christianity. They ceased to perform commercial concerts after the 1966 US tour, concentrating instead on studio work and enjoying continued international chart success, which also earned them considerable acclaim as artists. In 1967, Epstein died from an overdose of a prescription drug. The group began a three-month retreat in India, treating Maharishi Mahesh Yogi as their guru for a short time, but became disillusioned with him. Increasingly dominated by conflict, and further alienated from one another by a disagreement about the appointment of a new financial adviser, the group disintegrated in 1970. All four members embarked upon successful solo careers. Nearly four decades after the breakup, Beatles music continues to be popular, and September 2009 saw the release of a newly remastered discography as well as the video game The Beatles: Rock Band.[2]

The Beatles sold between 600 million[3] and one billion records internationally.[4] In the United Kingdom they released more than 40 different singles, albums, and EPs that reached number one, earning more number one albums (15) than any other group in UK chart history. According to the Recording Industry Association of America, they have sold more albums in the United States than any other artist.[5] In 2004, Rolling Stone magazine ranked them number one in its list of 100 Greatest Artists of All Time,[6] and four of their albums appeared in the top ten of the magazine’s 500 Greatest Albums of All Time list. According to that same magazine, The Beatles’ innovative music and cultural impact helped define the 1960s, and their influence on pop culture is still evident today. In 2008, Billboard magazine released a list of top-selling Hot 100 artists to celebrate the chart’s fiftieth anniversary, with The Beatles at number one.[7] The Beatles were collectively included in Time magazine’s list of The Most Important People of the 20th Century.[8]
